A workshop for the whole team
Not only for IT: sales, customer service, HR, accounting, management, marketing and operations. Choose a demo of about three hours, or two six-hour sessions 7 to 10 days apart, for groups of 1 to 10 people.

Your own assistant and a practised workflow
After the full workshop your team leaves with its own AI assistant, a workflow practised on a real task and a map of what to automate first, plus recordings of the demos and a cheat sheet of prompts.

An assistant that answers from your documents
U-KNOW, AI Priv's company knowledge base, answers from your documents, contracts, offers and system data, attaches the source to every answer and shows each person only what they may see.

Your data stays in your infrastructure, and a local model keeps it from leaving. U-KNOW runs in a managed cloud in Germany, in your private cloud, or on your own hardware with no outside connection.

AI Priv started in 2025 as Geeknauts' own brand for automation and private AI. Piotr Pabian, our CEO, has been automating our own company since 2023 and leads the workshops.

Where does our data go?
It stays on private systems. Local models keep data on your own hardware. U-KNOW can also run in a managed cloud in Germany, in ISO 27001 data centres, or in your private cloud, and client data is never used to train outside models.
Do we need our own server?
Not for U-KNOW: it can run in a managed cloud in Germany or in your private cloud. Your own hardware is the option when data must not leave the building.
Who is the workshop for, and what do we need to prepare?
For the whole team, not only IT. The demo needs no preparation from your team; in the full format people work on their own tasks.
Can we get funding?
Small and medium-sized companies in Poland can cover up to 80% of a workshop or an implementation with public funding (BUR). You have to apply before the workshop starts, and AI Priv prepares the application.
What does it cost?
The first meeting, about an hour, is free. After it you get a proposal with the scope, the schedule and the price.
