Service · Hosting
You run the business. We run the servers.
Your app runs on its own virtual machine, and our administrators look after it: updates, monitoring, backups and a quick restore after any mistake. You don't need an administrator of your own.
- HA cluster in Warsaw
- SLA up to 99.95%
- Snapshots every 15 minutes
- Backups in the EU
- No admin of your own
01 · Sound familiar
Sound familiar?
OVH, AWS and Azure sell you a bare server: the rest is yours to manage, or to hire someone for. We sell a working service: the server and the team that looks after it.
-
“We pay an admin, and he never has the time.”
Our answer: We take over that role for one fixed monthly price. No more waiting in line for your own IT person.
-
“Our site was down for hours, and nobody knew what was going on.”
Our answer: We watch the server non-stop and react before you have time to notice.
-
“Cheap hosting is cheap until something breaks. Then we’re on our own.”
Our answer: Don’t compare the price of a bare server with the price of a server and its care. They are two different services.
-
“We don’t know if our backups even work.”
Our answer: A daily copy in another country and a snapshot of the whole server every 15 minutes, both actually tested.
-
“We’re afraid of updates: the last one broke something.”
Our answer: We take a snapshot before every change. If something goes wrong, we’re back to the previous state in minutes.
02 · Scope
What you get in the monthly price
Everything an administrator would normally have to worry about is already covered.
-
A server we look after
We update it, watch it and react when something happens. Most of the time you won’t even know: everything simply keeps working.
-
One server fails, nothing happens
Your data sits on three servers at once. If one stops, another takes over automatically, without anyone having to call anyone.
-
Go back in time when something breaks
Someone deleted an important file, or an update broke something? We restore the server to how it was 15 minutes, an hour or a day ago: you lose a few minutes, not a day’s work.
-
A backup far from the original
Every day your data is copied to a server in another country: France or Germany for Warsaw. Even if something serious happens, your data is safe.
-
Protection from day one
A firewall and protection against attacks are on from the first day, with no setup on your side.
-
A certificate that never lapses
We renew HTTPS certificates automatically, so no client’s browser ever warns them about your site.
-
Fast, even under load
Your users don’t wait for pages, even when many come at once: we match the bandwidth to your app.
-
Sizing instead of guessing
Not sure how much power you need? We check your current server and recommend exactly what you need: no more, no less.
03 · Process
From the first call to a running server
Preparation takes a few days, and a new server usually starts within a week. A well-planned switch is barely noticeable to your users.
-
We learn what you need
We talk about what is to be hosted and how big the app is. If you don’t know your current resources, we connect to today’s server and audit it.
You getA full picture of what you actually need.
-
We pick the resources and the package
From the audit we propose a configuration (RAM, vCPU, disk) and work out the monthly cost.
You getA concrete quote, with no under-sizing and no paying for resources you don’t use.
-
We prepare the environment
We set up a new virtual machine, configure the operating system and install what your app needs.
You getAn environment ready for your data.
-
We move the data and the app
We migrate the files, the database and the configuration, then test that everything works as before.
You getA working copy of your app on the new server.
-
We prepare the switch
We shorten your domain’s DNS TTL in advance, so the switch spreads in minutes, not over a day.
You getA switch without a day of waiting for DNS.
-
We switch
In a quiet window, usually an evening or a weekend, we point the DNS at the new server and run a final data sync.
You getThe app on the new server; the switch itself takes about 10 minutes.
-
We check and stay close
We verify that everything works, watch the server for the next days and fix small issues.
You getA team that doesn’t disappear once the contract is signed.
04 · Locations
Where our servers are
The main infrastructure, and the lowest price, is in Warsaw. The backups stay in the European Union, even for servers abroad.
-
Poland: Warsaw
Our main infrastructure and the high-availability cluster: the most features, the lowest price and an SLA of up to 99.95%. The backups go to France or Germany.
-
Europe: the UK, Germany or France
Servers in certified data centres in the country you choose, the same administration, an SLA of 99.9% and a guaranteed bandwidth of 250–500 Mb/s.
-
The Americas and Australia
The USA, Canada and Australia, on OVH Cloud in local regions, when your data has to stay close to your users. The backups still go to the EU.
05 · Who it’s for
Who it helps most
It works best for companies with an app that matters to the business and no wish to look after it themselves.
-
Companies with their own business app
An ERP, a CRM, an online shop or the backend of a mobile app: something that has to keep running, without hiring an administrator for it.
-
Companies moving from OVH, AWS or Azure
You already have a server and pay someone else to look after it. After the move you pay one company for both, often less than you pay in total today.
-
Apps we build, and the tools we run for you
When we build your app, or set up Wrenwire, Open Mercato or an AI automation for you, it runs on our servers: we control the whole thing and react faster, with no waiting for access from another provider.
-
Companies for whom restore time matters
If losing a day of work in your system is a real financial problem, snapshots every 15 minutes are a concrete difference, not a technical curiosity.

07 · Questions
Questions, answered
Where exactly are your servers?
The main infrastructure is in Warsaw. The backups are kept in a certified data centre in France or Germany. For servers abroad (Europe, the Americas, Australia) we use certified data centres in the country you choose, and the backups still go to the European Union.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We take a snapshot of the server every 15 minutes. If an update or a mistake damages the data, we restore the server to how it was 15 minutes, an hour or a day ago, as needed. You lose a few minutes of work at most, not everything.
How long does the move take, and will the site go down?
Preparation takes a few days. A well-planned switch, with the DNS TTL shortened a day before, takes about 10 minutes, in a quiet window: usually an evening or a weekend. For a short while some users may still reach the old server and some the new one, but the app works on both, so nobody notices.
Do we need an administrator of our own?
No. Routine care (updates, monitoring, reacting to failures) is ours, in the monthly price. Unusual work, such as installing a new application on request or moving large sets of data, is billed by the hour.
Can you host an app you did not build?
Yes. Our hosting is also for companies with their own business application and for those moving from OVH, AWS or Azure.
Can our app stay on AWS or our own cloud?
Yes. We moved Kru's system to AWS, and elleFA's app is built on AWS.
Do you host e-mail or register domains?
No. Spam filtering is dominated by the big providers and we couldn’t match their quality: we recommend Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or a dedicated e-mail provider. You register your domain with your own provider, and we point it at our server.
Is it GDPR-compliant, and what if we want to leave?
The infrastructure is built to make the general GDPR requirements simple: by default your data stays in the EU, and we sign a standard data processing agreement. We don’t run full ISO 27001 procedures or have a dedicated data protection officer; if you need those, we’ll recommend a larger provider. The contract is monthly: you can leave with notice, and we’ll help plan the move to your new provider.
What does hosting cost?
It depends on the resources, not on the scope of care: snapshots, backups and network security are in every package. The plans and their prices are above, in your currency. Unusual work, such as installing a new application on request, is billed by the hour.
