A rescue of an app that got stuck
Built with AI tools or left half-finished, it almost works, but the last 20% keeps fighting back. We find and fix what is broken, or rebuild the shaky parts and keep the idea. For Buzly we rebuilt an existing iOS and Android app in React Native in three months.

Features that take real engineering
Live game telemetry over Wi-Fi in RaceInsight, payments passed on to professionals through Stripe Connect in Klin, offline revision in Matura, full VoiceOver and TalkBack support in NaviWay, descriptions written by AI on the fly in Picturing Medicine.

An admin panel, so you update content without a new release: the Dworek w Bielinach guide's attractions and events live in Strapi, and The Gains Lab manages subscriptions and plans in its own panel.

Talk
A short call or your mission brief. We ask about users, deadlines and money, not about tech stacks.

Goals, scope and decisions go into one versioned brief. If the scope is still open, start with a discovery workshop.

Our coding agents build from the brief. Senior engineers make the architecture calls and review every change.

You test a working prototype early. Not a slide deck, not a Figma file: an app you can use.

Questions, answered
Flutter or React Native?
Both. Our Flutter apps include NaviWay, Picturing Medicine and Klin; our React Native apps include Matura, Kru, The Gains Lab and OOHAi's driver app. Which one fits your app is part of how we would do it, which you get in writing after your brief.
How long does it take?
You click through a working version within weeks. The whole app depends on its scope: Picturing Medicine was built in two months; Klin, with bookings and payments to professionals, launched about eight months after work started.
What does an app cost?
It depends on what the app has to do. In the mission brief you pick a budget band (up to €5k, €5k–€20k or €20k+), and within 8 working hours you get how we would do it and a rough timeline, in writing.
Can you work with our own developers?
Yes. If you code yourself, you get senior backup, not hand-holding.
What happens after launch?
You choose: one mission with a clear finish line, or mission control on call, a monthly tech partner. Apps keep changing with their users: Kru x AI went live in June 2026, almost a year after Kru's launch, and we kept RaceInsight in step with the games it read.
