xSale: Sales panel for many marketplaces

xSale is Futuriti's platform for companies that sell on many marketplaces at once. Our four front-end developers rebuilt its web panel in React and TypeScript, and it launched in June 2022.

01 · Business context

The problem

Sellers who list products on several marketplaces need one place to manage offers, stock and orders. xSale gave them that, but its panel ran on outdated technology.

Futuriti wanted a modern, dedicated web app in its place. It had to handle large product lists with many parameters, stay responsive on any screen and leave room to grow, while keeping the solutions customers already relied on.

Futuriti owns xSale, a large e-commerce system that companies use to manage orders, stock and offers across sales platforms such as Allegro, in one place.

Futuriti set the priorities for the work; our part was the front end of the panel.

02 · Key features

What we built

A responsive web panel built on an MVVM architecture. These are its most important features.

  • One offer, many marketplaces

    Users create a product offer once and publish it to several sales platforms, each with its own parameters.

  • Large lists, flexible filters

    The panel handles long product lists with many custom parameters and filters.

  • Batch work

    Users run series of operations with different parameters in one session, and their filters are kept between sessions.

  • Reusable components

    The component structure lets Futuriti reuse parts of the panel in its other projects.

03 · Results

What changed

The new panel launched in June 2022, after 1 year and 2 months of work.

Key achievements

  • New panel launched in June 2022.
  • Used daily by the client's customers, according to the client's review.
  • The client's net promoter score went up, in the client's words.
  • Our work with Futuriti began earlier, with an order-tracking page, and went on with xSale's integrations with marketplaces and Shoper.
